### What are the member prices?

### I bought an older lifetime deal. What about me?

Your plan stays exactly as it is, and you get the monthly AI credits too. Member prices are for Lifetime Starter, Growth and Agency — we’ll email older-deal members a loyalty upgrade offer.

### If I add an AI plan, do I lose anything?

No. You keep whichever is bigger — your lifetime tier or the plan — feature by feature.

### Can I move up a lifetime tier?

Yes. Members pay only the difference on the member ladder — never the public prices.

### What’s the refund policy?

Your lifetime payment has a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked, counted from the day you pay. The AI plans are different: once any AI usage has taken place in a billing period — Hero_Agent, Hero_Photo credits or a connected AI tool — that period isn’t refundable, and a credit pack isn’t refundable once any of its credits are used.
