Pro is for growing brands and small teams: 70 accounts, 3 users with approvals, and Hero_Agent can reply in your inbox. Agency is for agencies and their clients, with unlimited accounts, workspaces, team and Hero_Agent actions (fair use). ### What’s an action? Each post that Hero_Agent or a connected AI tool creates, edits, schedules or publishes counts as one action, and so does each inbox reply it sends. Reading, reporting and writing copy in the chat don’t use actions. Hero_Agent and your AI tools share the same monthly actions. ### What’s a photo credit? Hero_Photo runs on credits. Your plan includes 100, 250 or 600 credits a month — about 50, 125 or 300 photos. Hero_Photo shows the cost in credits before you create anything, and you can add 100 credits for $15 whenever you need more. ### Do I need ChatGPT or Claude? No. Hero_Agent is built in. If you already use ChatGPT, Claude or another AI tool, you can connect it too. ### Is there a free trial? Yes. Start free — no credit card needed. If you pay for a monthly scheduler plan, you can add the AI from Billing in the app. Lifetime members keep everything they own, and the AI plans cost them a third less, for life. The AI runs on live AI services the moment you use it, so once any AI usage has taken place in a billing period — Hero_Agent, Hero_Photo credits or requests from a connected AI tool — that period isn’t refundable.
