Open any Heropost page while signed out, or press Log in on heropost.ai. You land on Log In: "Log in now to access the management of your social media."

  1. Type your Email address and Password.
  2. Leave Remember me ticked on your own computer.
  3. Press Log In.

Or press Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook and pick your account.

After you sign in, Heropost opens the page you were trying to reach, or Home. Accounts that only have MonoL.ink open MonoL.ink instead.

Sign in with Google or Facebook#

  • Inside the Instagram, Facebook or Messenger app, the Google button is hidden, because Google doesn't allow sign-in there. If you followed a link, you see "Google sign-in doesn't work inside the Instagram or Facebook app. Copy the link and open it in Safari or Chrome, or continue with Facebook or your email." Press Copy link and open it in your browser.
  • The first time you use Google or Facebook with an email that already has a Heropost account, Heropost may email you "Confirm it's you to sign in with {Google or Facebook}". Open the link within 30 minutes and press Confirm and continue. Facebook always asks. Google usually skips this step for Gmail addresses.
  • "This Google account is connected to a different Heropost account." (or Facebook): that Google or Facebook login belongs to another Heropost account. Sign in to that account, or use your email and password.
  • No Heropost password yet? Accounts made with Google or Facebook have none you know. Set one with Forgot your password? to sign in with your email too.

Stay signed in#

  • Remember me is ticked at first and keeps you signed in on that browser. On a shared computer, untick it and log out when you're done.
  • When your session ends, Heropost sends you to Log In, then back to the page you were on.
  • You are already logged in — "Do you want to proceed as {name}?" appears if you open Log In while signed in. Press Proceed to carry on, or Log out to switch accounts.

Sign out#

  1. Click your name at the bottom of the left menu.
  2. Choose Logout. You're signed out straight away; there's no confirmation.

On a phone, open the menu at the top of the screen first, then tap your name at the bottom of it. On the plans and payment pages, Log out asks first: "Are you sure you want to sign out?" Press Sign out.

Switch to another Heropost login#

Log out, then sign in with the other email. Opening the Sign Up page or a team invitation link also signs you out of the current login first.

Wrong password#

After 5 wrong passwords, the account is locked for 15 minutes. The message stays "Invalid email or password." during that time. Wait 15 minutes, or reset your password: see Reset or change your password.

If it doesn't work#

Questions#

Is there two-step sign-in?

No. See How Heropost protects your account for what you can do instead.

Can I see where I'm signed in, or sign out everywhere?

No, Heropost doesn't list your devices. Log out on each browser you use, and untick Remember me on shared computers.

I signed up with Google. Can I sign in with my email and a password?

Yes, once you set a password: on Log In, press Forgot your password? and follow the email.

Why is the Log In page in German?

The sign-in pages follow your browser's language. Put English first in your browser's language settings to see English.
