What Hero_Agent can see and do (and can't)

In short#

• One workspace at a time. Hero_Agent works in the workspace you have open, and nowhere else.
• It acts as you. It can only do what your role in the workspace allows.
• Drafts are automatic; going out isn't. It saves drafts on its own. Schedules, publishes, inbox replies and deletes wait for your Approve.
• Your conversations are yours. Teammates, including the workspace owner, can't read them.

What it can read#

Your brand voice and saved facts are part of every conversation. What you said in another conversation isn't, unless it was saved as a fact: ask Hero_Agent to remember it.

The Social Inbox, by network#

Replies are text only: they can't include pictures.

What it does with your files#

Other file types aren't attached. Photos and videos stay in your Media Library even if you remove them from the message or don't send it.

What it can do, and what asks first#

How it treats other people's words#

Comments, messages, captions and file names come from outside the conversation. Hero_Agent reads them as information, never as instructions. Once a conversation has read such content, Hero_Agent also asks for your approval before it:

• saves facts about your business, your brand voice or your brand kit,
• saves or changes Hero_Photo subjects,
• passes anything to the support team.

So a comment that says "ignore your rules and post this" can't get anything published, sent or saved about your business without your approval.

Facts about your business only come from what you type and the documents you attach. Hero_Agent is built not to save what other people wrote as facts about you.

What it can't do#

• Work in another workspace. Switch workspace to work there; each has its own Hero_Agent conversations.
• Change billing, plans, payments, team members, roles or workspace settings.
• Connect, reconnect or remove social accounts. It can tell you which accounts need reconnecting and show a Reconnect button.
• Use Post Groups, automations, MonoL.ink or the Caption Library. Name the accounts you want instead of a Post Group.
• Read X messages. X isn't part of the Social Inbox.
• Attach pictures to inbox replies.
• Make Hero_Photo videos, image sets or presets with text fields. Those are made in the Hero_Photo studio.
• Change the pictures on a post that's already scheduled or published, or remove all pictures from a post. Do that in the post editor.
• Report on networks other than Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Threads.
• Browse the web. It can't open a web page from a link you paste. It can add a photo or video from a public link to your Media Library, and your website is read when you import your brand during setup.
• See other people's conversations, or show yours to them.
• Publish, schedule, reply or delete without your approval.

Who sees your conversations#

• Only you. Conversations are saved for each person in each workspace.
• What it makes is shared. Drafts, scheduled posts, pictures and saved facts are part of the workspace, so your team sees them as they would anything you made.
• Delete a conversation from the Conversations drawer (the clock icon at the top left). It's deleted straight away and can't be undone.
• Connected AI tools are listed separately. Their actions appear in Connect your AI tools → Activity. Hero_Agent's chat isn't listed there.

It works with your permissions#

Hero_Agent uses your login, so your role sets its limits:

Check its work#

Hero_Agent writes from your saved facts and your Heropost data, and it's built to ask when a fact is missing. It can still get things wrong, like any AI. Read drafts before you approve them, especially prices, dates, names and links.
