How plans work#
Every Heropost plan includes the whole scheduler, Hero_Agent, Hero_Photo and your AI tools. Plans differ in size: how many social accounts, workspaces and people you have, and how much AI you use each month. You can pay monthly, or yearly and save 20%.

Yearly plans are billed once a year: $278, $470 or $950. The website shows that price divided by 12 and rounded ($23, $39 and $79 a month). At checkout in the app, the monthly figure is shown to the cent.
What every plan includes#
The scheduler is the same on every plan. Only the amounts in the table change.
- Calendar: month, week and day views. Drag a post to another day to reschedule it.
- Post editor: write once, then adjust and preview the post for each network.
- Bulk scheduling from a CSV file, and Automations that turn new items from your feeds into posts.
- Social Inbox for comments and messages, and Analytics for your accounts and posts.
- Link in bio: your own MonoL.ink page.
- All 12 networks: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Reddit, Telegram and Google Business Profile.
How the AI in each plan works#
Heropost has two kinds of AI, and they're counted differently.
- AI for writing is unlimited. AI captions, hashtags and rewriting posts in the editor are included with no monthly cap on every plan sold today.
- Hero_Agent and your connected AI tools run on monthly credits, called actions, because every task uses AI that costs money each time. An action is a created post or a sent inbox reply; reading, editing, scheduling and publishing are free, and so is writing copy in the chat. Hero_Agent and your AI tools share the same monthly actions, and they reset at the start of each month.
- Hero_Photo runs on credits. Growth, Pro and Agency include 100, 250 or 600 credits a month. A photo uses 2 credits, a graphic 1 and a 5-second video 20, and Hero_Photo shows the cost before you create anything.

Posting to X uses X credits on every plan. X charges for every post published through its API, so X credits are sold separately in packs: 1 credit is 1 post. See X credits.
Lifetime plans#
A lifetime plan is one payment for the scheduler. Lifetime Starter is $497 and Lifetime Agency is $997, both one payment. Lifetime members get the AI allowance every plan includes (30 AI actions, 300 Hero_Agent messages and 3 connected AI tools a month, plus 10 Hero_Photo credits once), and pay $19 / $33 / $66 a month for the full AI plans instead of $29 / $49 / $99. If you already have a plan#
- Older scheduler plans stay exactly as they are. If you pay for a monthly scheduler plan, you can add the AI from Billing in the app.
- Holding a lifetime plan and an AI plan? You get whichever is bigger — your lifetime tier or the plan — feature by feature.
- Your Billing page shows the plan you have and what you've used.
Choose a plan#
- Click your name at the bottom of the left menu, then Billing.
- Pick a plan in the Plans section and press Get Growth, Get Pro or Get Agency. To pay yearly, press See all plans at the bottom of Billing instead, then choose Annual.
- Pay on the secure payment page.
- On Thank you for your payment!, press Proceed. Heropost reloads with your new plan.
The AI plans section of Billing is headed Plans or AI agents, depending on your account. If you pay for an older scheduler plan, it's AI agents, and you add the AI as a monthly add-on: see AI plans and your monthly AI allowance.

Questions#
Which plan is right for me?
Growth is for one brand. Pro is for growing brands and small teams: 70 accounts, 3 users with approvals, and Hero_Agent can reply in your inbox. Agency is for agencies and their clients, with unlimited accounts, workspaces, team and Hero_Agent actions (fair use).
Do I need ChatGPT or Claude?
No. Hero_Agent is built in. If you already use ChatGPT, Claude or another AI tool, you can connect it too: see Connect your AI tools.
Does my plan limit how many posts I can publish?
Your plan sets how many accounts, workspaces and automations you have, not a number of posts. Posting is still limited by each network's own rules, and Heropost pauses an account when a network starts limiting it. X also has a daily limit of 50 posts per account through Heropost. See When a network limits an account.
Can I connect every network on every plan?
Yes, on the plans sold today. Some older plans don't include X, TikTok, Google Business Profile, Threads or Bluesky; if yours doesn't, Heropost shows Time to Level up! when you try to connect one.
What currency are the prices in?
US dollars (USD).
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade whenever you like from Billing — you pay only the prorated difference that day. To move to a smaller plan, contact support. See Upgrade or change your plan.
