How it works#
Hero_Agent writes posts and saves them as drafts in the workspace you're in. Nothing is scheduled or published until you approve it. Each post it saves uses one AI action, however many accounts it goes to; scheduling, publishing and edits are free.
For a batch, Hero_Agent shows a plan first: one row per post with its day, time, account and idea, then the total and the action cost. It writes the posts when you say go. For a few posts, it may write them straight away.
Write one post#
- On Home, press Help me write a post about … and finish the sentence, or type your own request, for example "Write an Instagram and Facebook post about our autumn sale, friendly, with 5 hashtags".
- If you have several accounts, say which ones. Hero_Agent asks when it isn't sure.
- Hero_Agent saves a draft and shows how it will look on each network.
- Use the buttons on the card, or ask for changes in the chat.

Write a batch#
- Press Create posts in bulk. Set up your batch opens under the chat box, filled in with what Hero_Agent knows.
- Accounts: check which accounts are ticked, and untick any you don't want.
- Period: This week, Next 2 weeks, This month or Custom dates (from and to). Then Weekdays or Every day. Dates start tomorrow.
- Cadence: 1 per account a day, 2 per account a day, 3 per account a day, or Custom (1 to 10 posts per account per day).
- Themes: what to post about. Leave it empty and Hero_Agent picks from your brand voice and what has worked.
- Media: how the posts get pictures (table below).
- Mix: the balance of post types. It starts as "tips / stories / proof / questions / promo (promo at most 1 in 5)". Change it in your own words.
- Read the estimate under the card, then press Build my plan.

The estimate#
The number of posts is accounts × days × posts per day. The line under the card shows it before anything is written, for example:
"≈ 20 posts · 20 actions to create (scheduling is free) — you have 30 left this month. · up to 20 Hero_Photo credits for 10 images."
- A big batch adds a plain heads-up, such as "Heads-up: that's about 4 posts a day across 2 accounts for 10 days."
- If the batch needs more actions than you have left, the card says "This batch needs more actions than you have left this month." with See plans. It never stops you: untick accounts or choose fewer days to fit.
Check the plan, then say go#
Hero_Agent replies with the plan. Nothing has been created yet.
- Change it in plain words: "Move Tuesday's post to 9 AM", "Make them more playful", "Leave LinkedIn out".
- When it looks right, reply "go". Hero_Agent writes the posts and saves them as drafts.
A Drafts created · N card then lists each post with its networks, time, number and any warning. Posts it couldn't create show under Skipped with the reason. Press Review in Drafts to see them all, or Schedule all N to schedule them (see Schedule and publish).
Bring your own list#
Have the posts already? Hero_Agent turns each row of a spreadsheet into a draft.
- Upload a file: on the setup card press Have your own file? Upload a CSV, or attach a .csv or .tsv file with the paperclip.
- Paste rows: copy rows from Excel or Google Sheets and paste them into the chat. They show as Pasted rows.
- Limits: 200 rows per message, 2 MB per file and 3,000 characters per cell. Longer cells are cut and marked with ….
- Excel and Numbers files aren't read. Save the file as CSV, or copy and paste the rows.
- Long captions: send 10 to 12 rows at a time, in a new conversation.
The file is read in your browser, and the rows go to Hero_Agent with your message. Hero_Agent works out which column is the text, the date, the network and so on. With a spreadsheet attached, the setup card says: "A spreadsheet is attached — send it as it is (I map the columns), or remove the chip to plan from scratch."
For very large files, or to post to Post Groups, use Bulk upload.
Add pictures and videos#
- Your own files: drop photos or videos into the chat. They go into your Media Library straight away, and Hero_Agent can add them to posts. It looks at up to 4 photos per message.
- Hero_Photo: ask for a picture, for example "Make a square photo of our matcha bottle on a sunny café table and attach it to Friday's draft". Hero_Agent makes one image at a time: 2 photo credits for a photo, 1 for a text graphic. Videos, image sets and presets with text fields are made in the Hero_Photo studio.
- Your Media Library: "Find a beach sunset photo in my library for this post." A Media library card shows the matches. Press Use this on the one you want.
- When a post needs a picture, Hero_Agent marks it Needs an image: (or Needs a video:) with what it should show, and buttons such as Generate with Hero_Photo and Media Library.
Instagram needs a photo or a video. TikTok and YouTube need a video.
Change a draft#
- In the chat: "Make post 2 shorter", "Add our sale link to Friday's post", "Move Tuesday's post to 9 AM". Changes are free.
- In the post editor: press Open in editor on its card, or open it from Content → Drafts.
- Pictures can be changed on drafts only. For a scheduled post, change them in the post editor.
A text change applies to the whole post. If you gave each network its own version in the post editor, a change Hero_Agent makes to the text, first comment, link or pictures replaces every version. To change one network only, use the post editor.
Schedule and publish#
- Press Schedule all N on the Drafts created card, or Schedule on a single post. You can also ask: "Schedule all the drafts you just made at their dates."
- A Waiting for your approval card shows the posts, their times and the cost: free.
- Press Approve. Deny cancels.
- A Scheduled · N card confirms it. A post that couldn't be scheduled shows "Post #{id} — not scheduled" with the reason.
- Press Open calendar to see them.
- Times are in the workspace's time zone. The approval card and Change time both use workspace time.
- Drafts don't show on the calendar. They appear there once they're scheduled.
- Editors: instead of scheduling, Hero_Agent can submit posts for approval. A reviewer approves them in Team → My Approvals.
- Check later: ask "Did my Instagram post go out?" Hero_Agent shows each network's status, a link to the published post, or the reason it failed.

Every message you send also counts as one Hero_Agent chat message. Posts to X use X credits when they publish, as they do for posts you make yourself. See AI actions and your monthly allowance.

Questions#
Can Hero_Agent use my Post Groups?
No. Name the accounts instead, for example "Group 1 means Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn". Bulk upload works with Post Groups directly.
Does a post to five accounts use five actions?
No. One post is one action, however many accounts it goes to.
Does editing a draft use another action?
No. Rewrites, new times, new pictures, scheduling and publishing are free.
Which time zone does Hero_Agent use?
The workspace's time zone, for every time it plans, shows on the approval card or asks for in Change time.
Can Hero_Agent make a different version of the text for each network?
Ask for it in the request, for example "a short version for X and a longer one for LinkedIn". Hero_Agent then saves separate posts, one action each. To fine-tune one network's version of a single post, use the network tabs in the post editor.
