- Workspaces: create, switch, rename and delete
A workspace keeps one brand or client separate, with its own social accounts, posts, calendar and time zone. Create one per brand, switch between them from the top bar, and rename or delete them at any time. - Connect a social account
Add your Facebook Pages, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and the other networks to a workspace from the Accounts page. The steps are the same for every network; you sign in to the network, then choose what to add. - Networks at a glance
The 12 networks Heropost publishes to, side by side. What you connect on each one, what you can post, caption limits, first comments, analytics and the Social Inbox. - Reconnect an account
When a network ends Heropost's access to an account, posts to it fail until you sign in again. Reconnecting takes a minute and keeps the account, its settings and its scheduled posts. - What the account markers mean
Heropost marks an account when it can't publish, either paused after repeated failed posts or needing to be reconnected. Here's where each marker shows, what causes it and how to clear it. - Remove an account
Delete a social account from a workspace. Its drafts, scheduled posts and automations stop using it, it no longer counts toward your plan, and posts already published stay on the network. - Let a client connect their own accounts
Send a client an invite link with Invite Profile. They sign in to their networks on a Heropost page and their accounts land in your workspace, with no shared passwords and no Heropost login. - How many accounts and workspaces your plan includes
Each plan sets how many social accounts and workspaces you can have. Here are the numbers for each plan, how Heropost counts them, where to see your usage and what happens at the limit. - Add a watermark to your images
Stamp your logo on every photo Heropost publishes, for a whole workspace or for one account. Set the position, size and transparency once, and Heropost adds it each time a post goes out.
