Invite your team
Invite someone to a workspace by email and choose their role. They sign in with their own Heropost login, work on the workspace owner's plan, and you can change their role or remove them at any time.
Roles and permissions
Everyone in a workspace has one role there, Owner, Admin, Editor or Viewer. This table shows exactly what each role can do in Heropost, and how to change someone's role.
Approvals: submit, approve or reject a post
Editors submit their posts for approval. The workspace owner and Admins approve or reject them in Team → My Approvals or the Feed, and an approved post with a date is scheduled straight away.
Notifications: the bell, team alerts and emails
The bell at the top of Heropost shows post results and team activity, and Team → Notifications chooses which team alerts appear there. Here's what each alert means, who gets it, and which emails Heropost sends.
Working in someone else's workspace
Accept a team invitation with the invited email and you work in that workspace on its owner's plan, at no cost to you. Here's what you see, what comes from the owner's plan, and how to leave.
Team seats on each plan
How many people you can add to a workspace depends on the workspace owner's plan. You don't take a seat yourself, seats are counted in each workspace, and the people you invite don't need a plan.
